For template updates, you will provide:

2. Send Access for Scheduling (If Applicable)

If you choose the Schedule Content tier, we’ll also take care of uploading and scheduling for you.

For content scheduling, you will provide:


  • Website login (for blog upload, if desired)
  • Social media scheduler access (e.g., Buffer, Meta, Later, etc.)
  • Email marketing platform access (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)



Important: We do not provide websites, social media scheduling platforms, or email marketing systems. You simply give us access to the tools you already use, and we handle the setup and scheduling.

What do you need from me?

For template updates, we require your logo, brand colors, website, contact details, and any seasonal promotions. For scheduling services, we also require access to your website (if applicable), social media scheduler, and email marketing platform.

Do you provide schedulers, email systems, or websites?

No. You must have your own tools in place, such as Meta, Buffer, Later, Mailchimp, or your website platform. We will use the systems you already have.

Will I get to review the content before it posts?

Yes. You will receive a preview of your updated Toolkit. Once approved, we will either send the final files (Tier 1) or proceed with scheduling (Tier 2).

What if I need changes later?

You may request updates as part of your selected Toolkit service. Additional edits or future seasonal changes can be purchased at any time.
