Simply send us the details about your desired build and course requirements—such as topics, policies, or processes you want covered—and we’ll provide an estimate and handle the entire creation process for you.

One of our most popular custom additions is turning your policy manual into a training module, complete with quizzes to ensure comprehension. Adding the manual and your quiz questions is free, but if you’d like us to create the quiz questions for you, there is a small additional fee. We offer multiple question formats—true/false, single choice, multiple answer, matching, and ordering—with the option to include text, images, or videos.

With a custom module, your team gets a professional, consistent training experience built around your exact needs, without adding extra work to your plate.

    Can I add account managers to my group?

    Absolutely. You may purchase additional account managers for $45 per year.

    Can new users be auto-enrolled in courses or learning tracks?

    Yes! We can configure your account so new users are automatically enrolled in the courses or learning tracks of your choice.

    Do user accounts expire?

    User accounts never expire, but we recommend suspending the accounts of terminated employees so you stay within your user limit.
